Entrance
Key entry for tenants through the main door into the lobby. Visitors can use the two way communication panel which is situated outside the front entrance with an entry phone in every apartment to permit entry.
Lobby
This is where the mailboxes are situated and deliveries are stored. Access has been given to Royal Mail and other recognised delivery company's.
Parking
Our secure gated parking is adjoining to the rear of the building at the end of Pepys Drive and is only for the use of tenants to Pepys Court. The gate is remotely opened by a digital fob or coded key pad.
Communal Areas
There is one satellite dish which serves all apartments.
All areas are regularly cleaned and maintained at no extra cost to the tenants and any internal problems are dealt with immediately by our maintenance and management company, AKW Management.
